In our curriculum, we delve into the intricacies of corner and wall implication, teaching you the art of positioning, understanding when to be heavier, utilizing space elimination, and mastering techniques such as stick, skate, body control, push and step back methods. Whether you’re a forward or a defenseman, awareness is paramount. For defensemen, we stress the importance of awareness and positioning for poise and better results, teaching you not just to avoid being beaten by opponents but, more importantly, not to beat yourself.
Our approach extends beyond skills to foster a deep understanding of structural cadence, essential for improved performance and a better win-loss status. We guide you through decision-making with or without the puck, emphasizing the significance of anticipation and quick digestion of game situations—what some call hockey sense, we consider a part of our curriculum learning process.
